MY CAREER STORY
I have extensive business experience in large corporates and the legal profession. I initially spent 10 years working as a commercial lawyer.
For the majority of my legal career I advised senior executives at Sky Sports in London and Austar TV (now Foxtel) in Sydney, Australia.
An increasingly nagging feeling that the law wasn't my lifetime career led to a move back to the UK to set up a residential property business and begin my coaching training.
I have now worked as a qualified L&D professional (mentor, coach and career consultant) for over 10 years.
I help my clients get more out of themselves and more out of their careers. My long-standing passion is career fulfilment - both my clients and my own.
MY COACHING & MENTORING
My coaching philosophy remains simple - to help clients realise more of their potential and to experience greater fulfilment, both personally and professionally.
I work with clients on a range of issues including career progression and career change, job search, skills and performance development, and leadership style.
As well as being able to draw on my coach training from one of the UK's leading coaching schools, I also draw from my own legal and business experience.
I deliver coaching face-to-face in the UK, and via Skype/Zoom in the UK and worldwide. I work with my face to face clients at my London & Manchester coaching rooms (other major cities can be agreed), or in their offices (if appropriate).
